These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Interactive Ecommerce LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with its address at 1309 Coffeen Avenue, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“Oron”, “we”, “us”). They govern your use of the Oron website at getoron.com, the Oron app and all related services (together, the “Service”).
By creating an account, starting a free trial or using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that business, and “you” means that business. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Oron is automated SEO software. Based on the information you give us when you sign up, the Service researches keywords, writes search-optimized articles with the help of AI models, adds images, internal links and metadata, and publishes the articles as blog content on the website you connect. We also send you a monthly report with numbers from Google Search Console when you connect it.
The Service does not include link building or technical on-page SEO work on your website.
Oron has one plan, Growth.
We may change our prices. A price change for your existing subscription takes effect at your next renewal after we have given you at least 30 days’ notice by email. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the new price applies.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly, as you chose) and your payment method is charged the then-current price, until you cancel.
Not happy within 90 days? Email us and we refund every payment. No questions. If you email hello@getoron.com within 90 days of your first payment, we refund every payment made in that period in full, monthly or yearly, to your original card, typically within 5-10 business days. Your subscription is cancelled when the refund is made. The details are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We may refuse to produce or publish content that we believe breaks this section.
Your articles. As between you and us, you own the articles we produce and publish for you, and you may use them freely, including after your subscription ends. To the extent we hold any rights in them, we assign those rights to you once the relevant period has been paid for.
Your materials. You give us a limited license to use the information, text, images and data you provide only to deliver and improve the Service for you.
Our platform. We own the Service, our software, tools, prompts, methods and branding. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. Nothing else is licensed to you.
Articles, images and other output are created with the help of AI models. AI output can contain errors, outdated information or content that resembles other material. It is not professional advice (for example legal, medical, financial or tax advice).
Search engines and AI models decide for themselves how they rank, show or recommend content. Apart from the money-back guarantee in section 6, we do not guarantee specific rankings, positions, traffic, recommendations by AI models, leads or revenue.
The Service works with third-party services such as Google, your website platform and Stripe. Their terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their availability, changes or actions. If a third party changes or blocks access, parts of the Service may stop working until we adapt.
Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
You agree to defend and indemnify Oron against third-party claims arising from information or materials you provide, your website, or your breach of section 7, except to the extent the claim is caused by us.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, if payment fails and is not resolved, or if we must do so by law. Where reasonable, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. If we end the Service for reasons that are not your fault, we refund any prepaid amount for the unused period. Sections 9, 10, 13, 14, 15 and 17 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. We always try to solve disagreements directly first, so please contact us at hello@getoron.com. If we cannot agree, disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer living in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.
We may update these Terms. Material changes, meaning changes that reduce your rights or increase your price, are announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Corrections of obvious errors and clarifications that do not reduce your rights take effect immediately. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when the Terms last changed. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Failing to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
